Quality Statement

Oryx is developing a brand for services we provide, and the brand can only be trusted if we deliver what our customer requires, and we don’t assume what customer expect us to deliver we listen / meet and request customer to provide feedback on our quality of the services provided by Oryx, below are some of the critical point towards helping ORYX to build the brand;

  • All injuries and incidents are preventable.
  • No task is so important or urgent that it abdicates the individual’s responsibility to conduct their tasks safely.
  • Without diminishing management’s obligations, the responsibility and accountability for Health and Safety rest with every individual.

At ORYX we are committed to conducting our business in a manner that prevents injury or illness to employees, Oryx’s, customers and the public who may be affected by our work activities. We encourage best practice in health and safety management within the wider ORYX community, consistent with the environment we work in. To achieve this, we will:

  • Maintain and continually improve the Health and Safety Management System.
  • Provide a balanced focus on the management of health and wellbeing, as well as personnel and process safety.
  • Proactively pursue the identification of all hazards and eliminate or, if not possible, manage the risk to as low as reasonably practicable within the realm of our commitment to risk management within a potentially hostile environment.
  • Consult with and promote active participation of employees in the management of theirs and others’ health, wellbeing and safety.
  • Develop a culture where all employees and Oryxs are constantly aware of safety hazards around them and act accordingly at and away from work.
