Oryx Asset Management’s residential leasing company, Dubai Asset Management, is focused on long-term value creation through development, acquisition, and management of a diverse portfolio of residential real estate assets for resell and rent. It serves both individuals and corporates through various communities strategically located across the city, and provides a spectrum of housing options, from luxury villas to studio apartments to over 100 residents.
